Insurance Customer Service Representative / DIRECT HIRE!

KellyDirect, the direct hire program of Kelly Services, is currently recruiting for Insurance Customer Service Representatives with Personal Lines Experience to interview right away!

Description:
Directly responsible for managing all needs for outsourcing clients with other internal departments and outside vendors. Reports to Director of Policy. Demonstrates leadership by setting clear objectives for the team and fostering an environment in which the team can succeed.

Responsibilities:
1. Fosters excellent relationships between outsourcing clients and internal management.
2. Has excellent understanding of contract and business relationship with outsourcing clients.
3. Works with teams to develop appropriate solution alternatives and software updates/enhancements, based on business needs of a particular client or specified platform.
4. Prepares and/or reviews Statements of Work prior to presentation to clients.
5. Participates in or facilitates Business Requirements studies for potential and existing clients.
6. Maintains and facilitates excellent working relationships with all departments within company.
7. Maintains updated status on all client-related projects for both internal and external communication. Communicates with management at all levels regarding current status of client relationships.
8. Maintains lead role in change management process.
9. Provides any other functions necessary to support outsourcing clients' needs. Completes special projects assigned by manager.

Skills/Experience Required:
1. Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate people.
2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Customer service orientation.
4. Direct Property & Casualty insurance experience in an operational environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.
7. Personal computer skills required.
8. Good understanding of business applications and systems.

Special Requirements:
Must be able to work longer than a normal 8 hour day, as needed, to include weekends. Minimal travel may be required.

Education Requirements:
4-year degree with 6+ years of P & C insurance experience required. Additional insurance-related coursework and/or certification (IIA, CPCU, etc.) is preferred.
