Description:

1.Responsible for the daily activity of installation policies and procedures.
2.Ensures quotas for service delivery and deadlines are met
3.Familiar with a variety of jurisdictional regulations, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
4.Performs administrative tasks to support the Interlock Division / Support Services Group.
5.Install the Ignition Interlock device into clients vehicles following program guidelines
6.Calibrate and monitor device as needed
7.Research customer compliance within the program
8.Other duties as required.

2.Responsible for the daily activity of installation policies and procedures.
3.Calibrate and monitor device as needed
4.Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
5.At times performs administrative tasks to support the Interlock Division/ Support Services Group.
6.Other duties as required.


Essential Qualifications:

1.Experience installing car alarms and/or security systems
2.Strong Inter-Personal Skills to manage both customer and employees.
3.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
4.Problem solving skills which require exercising independent judgment.
5.Understanding of Privacy issues.
6.Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal record check.
7.Familiar with commonly used software including Email and Internet Browsers.
8.Valid Driver’s license.

Position Reports Directly to Technical Co-Ordinator
