Responsibilities include:
Helping to identify the appropriate supplies from published lists that clearly indicate peripheral supply requirements
Preparing customer orders using set processes in a timely manner
Utilizing your outstanding computer and software skills for recording and/or extracting customer information
Following up as needed on the status of processed orders
Maintaining day-to-day excellent customer service and support that Ricoh customers have come to expect

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must possess:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
1 or more years of telemarketing or sales experience within a call center environment
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks to completion
Knowledge of PC and related customer database and software experience
