The following is a partial list of activities and responsibilities:


Customer Support/Sales
1. Provide excellent inbound phone support for SimpleTech's largest customers.
2. Potential to earn bonuses through outbound follow up phone support.
Research/Administrative/Clerical
3. Gathering industry data via the internet on pricing such as reseller sights to import into excel spreadsheet.Industry Training
5. Increasing knowledge of our product lines through various training sessions.Job Requirements
1-2 years inside sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be fluent in English (as well as native speaker)
Proficient in MS Office including, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Data Entry/10 key experience
Familiar with internet
AA Degree Requiered-BA/BS preferred
