Inside Sales Representative - Fairfax, VA

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Fairfax, VA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Inside sales support for sales personnel such as equipment pricing, quotation preparation, submittal preparation, shipment tracking/delivery coordination, customer correspondence, and project tracking.
•Handle technical question coordination between manufacturer and customer, order write-up/preparation (internally & within manufacturers) and coordination of equipment start-up/commissioning.
REQUIREMENTS
•Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
•Outstanding time management & organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with limited direction with the ability to meet deadlines.•Strong attention to detail with the ability to be thorough and complete.•A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in account management, customer service or inside sales (experience in critical facilities mechanical systems equipment sales and service preferred);•Excellent MS Word, MS Excel skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
