We are seeking an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join us at our office located in Cedarburg, WI.
Job Description:This position is responsible for selling specialty medical rehabilitation equipment to the medical industry via telephone sales, achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals.Primary Responsibilities:Initiate outbound telephone sales calls to existing and potential medical industry customers to obtain orders necessary to achieve sales goals.Promptly qualify, follow-up and track sales leads.
Provide sales literature, product support, information and pricing as necessary to meet or exceed sales goals.
Analyze sales numbers of assigned territory or customer group to identify trends and understand market conditions. Recommend solutions for improvement of sales shortfalls.
Using a computer, maintains accurate records necessary to track, monitor and follow-up on account activity/performance and manages customer files.
Assist with answering machine repair questions from customers.
Work with CPM repair/demo department to ensure machine demonstrations are allocated, monitored and used properly as a sales tool.
Assist in the organization and development of regional contracts and bids for customers.
Communicate effectively with the Specialty Sales Force on regional activity.
Must be willing and able to travel occasionally.Job Qualifications:
High school diploma required, 2-year associate degree in sales/marketing preferred.
1-3 years of previous experience in tele-sales/account management/inside sales (medical industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
