Inside Sales Representative

Our client the industries premier provider of contact center management solutions, is actively seeking experienced and proven Inside Sales Representatives to compliment our current sales team. This position has unlimited earning potential with a base + commission structure
this company delivers unsurpassed contact center management solutions to support business activities such as planned and proactive customer care, telemarketing, collections, fundraising, emergency notifications, and political calling.

The primary role of this position will be to provide a consistent stream of qualified leads to the Account Executives. To succeed in this position, this dynamic individual will need to thrive in a fast paced environment, be team oriented, and have a competitive nature. Motivation, persistence, and tenacity are key attributes that will be needed in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote the sale of company products through outbound lead generation
• Develop sales techniques to identify and quantify qualified new business opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and interactions with delivery organizations across the company
• Manage prospect data via CRM platform

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Position Requirements:
• 2+ years inside sales experience with a proven track record in new business development
• Strong articulate communicator
• Ability to build and manage effective relationships
• Must be a highly self-motivated, aggressive and organized individual
• Ability to work independently and within a team in fast-paced environment
