Inside Sales/
Product Support

In this technical support role, you will serve as customer and engineering support for inter-nal and external customers. Requires 3-5 years inside sales or customer service exp. w/in a technical product environment; knowledge of materials &/or components used in the electronics industry preferred; A.A. in electronics prefd. or equiv. exp. w/ electronics components &/or applications; interest & capabilities to pursue additional engineering education and internal product training, excellent oral and written communications skills, a customer focus, attention to detail & ability to multi-task are a must. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency req., exp. reading component drawings - blueprints preferred.
