INSIDE SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Franklin Electrofluid Co., Inc. and its sister company, Sloan Fluid Accessories, Inc., established Fluid Power Distributors, are seeking individuals for Inside Sales Customer Service Positions.

Essential Functions Include:

Maintaining customer relationships
Satisfying customer needs
Following up with customers
Obtaining orders
Maintaining accurate customer databases
Maintaining accurate product databases
Working with local sales, warehouse and management teams
Working within Company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates possess:

Positive, sales oriented personality
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
Strong verbal skills
High school diploma
Minimum of 1-3 years of inside sales customer service experience
Experience in industrial distribution
Ability to use a computer for completing sales orders, e-mail, and documents
