Customer Account Representative Summary: Selling electronic industrial components through proactive account development, relationship building, prospecting, and customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and maintains customer base through needs based selling and prospecting. Delivery of outstanding customer service through customer centered sales. Other sales related duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills: Excellent verbal communications with strong phone skills and ability to be persuasive. Must be computer literate with MS Office products. Ability to resolve problems and find creative solutions. Strong math skills including percentages. Education and Experience: A Bachelor degree with 1 year inside sales/prospecting experience or combination of High School and 1 to 3 years inside sales/prospecting experience. Selling experience into electronic, electrical or industrial business to business markets is preferred. Your orientation to Allied Electronics will include a broad spectrum of instructor led training, e-learning courses and hands on experience. This training will cover sales techniques, sales tools, product knowledge, etc. Allied’s Training Center is respected in the industry and will help equip you to be successful in your sales career at Allied.
