Duties include processing customer orders; fielding customer requests; receiving, investigating, & resolving customer complaints; tracking shipments; communicating within departments for scheduling, production, & purchasing; communicating with sales staff; managing & delegating duties for staff. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication, organization, & problem-solving skills, be a multi-tasker, and have excellent computer skills. This position is Temp-Perm and will pay mid to upper $30’s K at Perm.
