Info/Referral Call Center Rep - Part Time

A part time position available in the Information & Referral Center. Will serve as an integral member of the Holy Redeemer Information & Referral Center. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to serve as a liaison between the community and the Health System. The position includes providing appropriate information to callers for system-wide services and physician referrals. Other responsibilities include database maintenance, outbound mail and assisting the Information & Referral Center supervisor with daily and ad hoc activities and reports.High School diploma or equivalent. Must have at least 2 years of customer service and/or sales activity experience. Computer experience and use of database software is preferred. Knowledge of HRHS programs and services is preferred. Exceptional verbal skills.Must include salary requirements to be considered.
