INDUSTRY HIRE STORE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing all day-to-day operations of an individual store to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability. Ensures customer service, store image, merchandise presentation, team development,asset protection, and cost control in attainment of Company objectives. Team development and training, scheduling and motivation of store personnel are critical aspects of this position. Salary .
Subject to transfer to other store locations as deemed necessary by the company.

Understand importance of customer service
Ability to recognize problems and develop solutions
Required to stand during scheduled hours. Hours usually include weekends, evenings and holidays. (Full-time: minimum 42-48 hours per week, 7-12 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.)
Kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, reaching, pulling and lifting weights of usually 5-30 pounds. Working rapidly, especially during peak sales periods to ensure all Customers are being serviced properly and Store Operations are being completed in a timely manner.
Ability to read, speak, hear, write and conduct business related mathematics.
