Inbound Sales Representative

Sell video products and services to residential customers, ensuring growth of new market penetration plus upgrade (where applicable) and retention of re-market customer base. Understand and communicate to customer`s knowledge of all video products and services, including new and varied technological features, product equipment functionality, existing programming content, pricing, packaging and lineup. Understand all phases and aspects of the customer billing system and is able to interpret and explain to the customer current and historical information contained within the system in response to any customer related inquires. Identify potential customers and follows up on leads from customer contacts and office sources. Prepare and document sales calls. Demonstrate professional salesmanship through the use of highly developed sales techniques and effective presentation skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Shift: 3:30pm-midnight, two days off during the week, must work both Saturday and Sunday.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Collage graduate or the equivalent experience in sales. Articulate, with strong oral and written communication skills a must. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills a must. Professional appearance relevant to market and territory needed. A minimum of 1-2 years proven track record of success of consumer sales preferred. Proven track record of success in sales of telecommunication products a plus. Must successfully complete HSD training and be ?HSD certified? by CVU. Ability to work independently and be self- motivated. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, evenings and overtime as necessary.
