Inbound Sales Manager
Essential Job Functions:
This position is primarily responsible for the management of the Inbound Sales Team. This position will assist the team members with meeting revenue and sales goals by selecting, training, supervising, coaching, motivating and directing the inbound sales activities within Customer Care. Utilizes quality assurance reports to drive team and individual team member quality, interacts with customer, resolves customer concerns and analyzes team performance against Division goals to insure the success of the inbound sales teams. Responsible for driving the sell-in percentages of bundled packages, maximizing revenue from focusing on sales at full retail package rates, directing the appropriate use of discounted campaigns, accurately reporting the results of the team in order to meet or exceed all sales team goals and objectives. Responsible for achieving inbound sales goals for new customer sales, cross sell and up sell of existing customers, average revenue per customer targets and retention. Responsible for increasing the customer satisfaction index through customer follow up contacts, consistent monitoring and coaching.
This position is responsible for the following functions:
*Train and motivate the team to ensure compliance with full retail rate targets, appropriate use of campaign offerings and bundling of products and services. Ensure team members are capable of multi-faceted sales activities and competent at selling against direct competitive sales programs.
*Ensure adherence to schedules based on forecasted call volume and team member availability targets in order to meet inbound call performance standards.
*Routinely monitor inbound sales calls to ensure that sales presentations are accurate and consistent with established guidelines.
*Monitor quota for fulfilling customer requests and escalate if times fall beyond targets.
*Provide each sales specialist with a scorecard of their performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and year to date basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) with minimum of 3-5 years inbound sales management experience preferably in a call center environment; or equivalent of minimum 7-10 years inbound sales management experience preferably in a call center environment.
Communication Skill level: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Specialized skills:
•Knowledge of billing systems and databases
•PC knowledge including word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software is required. A working knowledge of the Convergys billing platform is preferred. A working knowledge of computerized billing systems and computerized work order entry is required.

activities.

•Ability to learn other computer software to include telephony and management applications.
