Inbound Retention Representative (Part time) 10/30/06

Our Retention Team is looking for outgoing, high-energy professionals who enjoy helping Cardmember's achieve their financial goals.



Retention is an inbound call center serving Cardmembers who are either seeking a better rate or who are contemplating cancelling their credit card. We ask open-ended questions, listen, and then provide the Cardmember options tailored to meet their needs. Our goal is to increase Brand Loyalty, usage, and profitability. With Chase's wide array of products and offers, we are positioned to deliver Cardmember excellence!



Start Date: 10/30/06

Salary: $12.00+ incentives (10% shift differential for 2nd shift schedules)

Part time Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00pm to 11:00pm

Part time Work Schedules: TBD (Operating Hours are from 6am - 12am Monday - Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 10:00pm)

**PM shift, including one weekend shift



These positions are located in the Elgin, Illinois Chase Card Member Site at 2500 Westfield Drive
