Inbound/ Outbound Call Center Representative

EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVES
*Answer incoming queque calls Tier I/Dispatch queque.
*Confirm information from customer at time the service ticket
is downloaded to the field technician.
*Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Process dealer branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
*Return all internal and external calls within 4 business hrs.
*Customer issues resolved within 24 business hours or provide
daily follow-up to customer until issue resolved.
*Zero customer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
*Longevity/Stable work history.
*2-3 years Call Center background.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Positive attitude.
*Mult-tasked.
*Good problem-solving skills.
*Technical training and skills a plus.
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Team Player.
