Inbound Customer Service Representatives

Purpose:
Candidate will be answering incoming calls using a headset and verifying information. Will be reading from a script and if a question is asked which is not a verification the call is transferred to another department.

There is NO cold calling/selling or making any outgoing calls at all.

Must have 6 months customer service background and be able to work the 12:30pm-9pm or the 8am to 5pm shifts.
