Fairfield Resorts and Trendwest, Cendant Timeshare Resort Group companies are seeking Vacation Planning Counselor with outgoing personalities and strong customer service skills. Our Vacation Planning Counselor positions provide customer service in an inbound call center welcoming owners and assisting them with reservations for their vacation plans.









Our hours of operation range from 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.







All of our Vacation Planning Counselor positions are full-time (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $10.81 per hour. We offer a fun and relaxed work environment with an excellent Benefits Package that includes:

REQUIREMENTS


Skills/Abilities: Possess a positive attitude and works as a team player.

Ability to type 25-30 words per minute accurately and operate our computer system.

Possess exceptional listening skills.

Ability to be detailed, accurate, and thorough.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Possess good communication skills.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED, limited related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
