Inbound Call Center "Team Lead

Plano Call Center seeking a highly MOTIVATED, multi-tasked TEAM LEAD, who demonstrates professional leadership and high TEAM MORALE!

Team Lead duties will include:

Weekly floor updates
CSR performance log
Variance/Adherence Reporting
Live monitoring log/Weekly Y-Jack (side by side)
Daily team statistics
Daily attendance reports
Escalations
Client service level reporting
AVAILABLE PHONE TIME
Client calibrations
Client service tracking/reporting updates
Additonal team lead duties will apply
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Requirements:

MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS AS A TEAM LEAD OR SUPERVISOR IN A CALL CENTER(INBOUND) ENVIRONMENT

SALES BACKGROUND
Detail Oriented
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel Proficiency)
Ability to multi-task and manage changing problems in a fast paced, multi-skill environment
Effective leadership skills (Listening/Verbal and Written interpersonal skills)
Ability to handle HIGH CALL VOLUME and potentially irate customers
Ability to work with MINIMAL SUPERVISION
Pleasant speaking voicem ability to manage calls
Knowledge of customer service fundamentals
Must be flexible to adapt quickly to the needs of the account
REGULAR AND PUNCTUAL ATTENDANCE REQUIRED!
