Inbound Call Center Service Agent (Group, Wholesale), Copper Mtn

Also enjoy the many job perks that go along with learning all of the resort products you service.The Service Agent (Group and Wholesale Processing Agent - GWA)is integral to the success of group and wholesale reservations/bookings. The Agent receives in-bound service calls relative to a group or wholesale matter; enters group rooming lists & wholesale reservations into the system and collaborates with the sales and servicing functions to solve problems as needed. In addition, this position provides salescall support during high-demand periods. The GWA keeps neat andaccurate files of group and wholesale documentation, reports, and checklists. Also works to assure the accuracy and congruence of sales and processing systems.
To qualify for this hot job, candidates must first be willing and ready to work a balanced work schedule, slope-side in a fun team environment. Agent candidates need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with superior phone skills and proficiency using a variety of computer software. A college degree is preferred but not required. Experience in a call center environment also preferred. Must be prepared to work weekends and evenings(flexible schedule).
A comprehensive product, resort, sales, and system application training will be provided for all hired employees. Slope-side employee housing is also available for hired individuals.
