Inbound Call Center Sales Agents

Full-time seasonal resort industry positions to begin Sept 11th, Oct 2 and Oct 30th.

Also enjoy the many job perks that go along withlearning all of the resort products you sell.Working in an inbound call center, the Agents (Resort Services Agent - RSA and Leisure Travel Agent - LTA) sell experiences! Specifically the RSA sells resort products such as golf; tubing; lift products/passes, rental equipment; ski/board lessons, daycare and various other vacation products that fit guests’ needs.The LTA sells vacation lodging accommodations including hotel room, condo & vacation home stays.The LTA is also responsible for offering components such as air or ground transportation as well as any of the resort services described above. Both positions are responsible for making sure accurate guest expectations are set and great customer service is delivered.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this hot job, candidates must first be willing and ready to work a balanced work schedule at a office slope-side among a fun team of talented employees.Agent candidates need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with superior phone skills and proficiency using a variety of computer software.A college degree is preferred but not required. Experience in a call center environment also preferred. Must be prepared to work weekends and evenings (flexible schedule).
A comprehensive product, resort, sales, and system application training will be provided for all hired employees. Slope-side employee housing is also available for hired individuals.
