Position Purpose: This position is responsible for performing visual presentation of merchandise for all assigned store locations according to a set weekly visitation schedule.

Standard work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday --In by 8:00AM. Wednesday -- 2:00 PM to 11:00PM. Some weekends as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Use handheld technology to report service activity throughout the day.
•Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products.
•Ensure set compliance with plan-o-gram. Straighten, clean, and face products to plan-o-gram.
•Restock shelves of low stock products.
•Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards.
•Maintain all cross merchandising locations and fill product as needed.
•Refurbish product packaging and process all product returns to vendors in a timely manner.
•Maintain, order and replace Point of Purchase advertising in a timely manner.
•Maintain professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers
•Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
•Attend regularly scheduled events, demos, and promotions.
•Provide product knowledge training on new products

Nature and Scope
•Position reports to District Manager
•No direct responsibility for supervising others
REQUIREMENTS
Environmental Job Requirements
•Operating environment, warehouse and retail floor
•Requires travel up to a 45 mile radius or greater with reimbursement to multiple store locations.

Minimum Qualifications
•Must be eighteen years of age or older
•Must pass drug test and background check
•A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof auto insurance coverage
•Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams
•Ability to use hand tools and power tool

Education Required
•High school diploma or GED

Years of Relevant Work Experience
•6 months of retail/merchandising experience

Physical Job Requirements
•Must continuously stand or walk regularly.
•Requires repetitive lifting, handling or carrying material or equipment of weight up to 40 pounds.
