Imaging Service Rep

Quad/Graphics is seeking a Imaging Service Rep for our Anaheim location. This position involves heavy communication between customers and our production areas. Responsible for customer service, billing, costing, scheduling, inputting data and tracking jobs through our production areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, highly organized, and enjoy working with clients. Mac OSX and MS Office skills are required. Successful candidates should have 3-5 years experience in printing, prepress or customer service.
