TCIM, a privately held company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, has been successfully delivering outsourced contact center solutions for the past 18 years. Our North American production facilities are located across the U.S.

TCIM Services is searching for IT professionals to grow its expanding Tulsa-based call center for inbound and outbound calling services.

Help lead and operate a dynamic, growing call center’s technical infrastructure. IT professionals with the least two years of experience in system administration of servers, desktops, networks, and security with good interpersonal and communication skills required. Team lead or management experience desired. Call center experience with Avaya Telecommunications, Nice, Tantacomm and/or predictive dialers a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in computer science, data processing or a closely related field from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
