1) Systems-Network-Helpdesk Floater

Job Summary: This position will provide System Administration and Helpdesk functions in support of the Multi National Forces Iraq (MNF-I) Headquarters, formerly the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) in Baghdad, Iraq.Job Location: Within the MNF-I Green Zone, Baghdad, IraqJob Description/Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The individual will perform systems hardware and software engineering development and testing to ensure total operational and functional compatibility with interfacing/interacting systems, subsystems, equipment, and computer applications. This person will also provide engineering and technical support services for the development of software and hardware upgrades and enhancements for various projects and any of the desired remote sites. Develop and provide technical documentation to support system design, testing and evaluation.Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Windows 2000/2003, Exchange 2000/2003, Active Directory, DNS, Norton Antivirus, Ghost, Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and MS Office products. Knowledgeable in Network Design and Implementation, Active Directory Design and Implementation. Must have a strong knowledge of Cisco networking and should be familiar with Information Assurance procedures and guidelines as well as government system accreditation guidelines. Must have real world firewall experience on SideWinder, and/or CISCO PIX.

Job Summary: This position will provide the expertise required to prevent, detect, and resolve internet vulnerabilities in support of the Multi National Forces Iraq (MNF-I) Headquarters, formerly the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) in Baghdad, Iraq.Job Location: Within the MNF-I Green Zone, Baghdad, IraqJob Description/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The individual will perform network and host vulnerability scans and document results in relation to residual risk identification; operate network vulnerability scanners (i.e. Retina, Harris STAT, ISS, etc.); applying DoD standards in guiding the development of IA policy, requirements, engineering and certification and accreditation; translate security policies and requirements into an IA configuration implementation and application requirements; operate patch management software (i.e. WSUS, Update Expert, SMS, Hercules, etc.); operate web content filtering (i.e. Websense, Blue Coat, etc.); complete incident handling processes and analyze data from scans; implement and enforce security policies across the organization; secure UNIX and Microsoft operating systems as needed.
The individual must have be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to independently resolve problems, perform effectively in a fast paced environment with short timelines and set deadlines, maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations, maintain high quality work to manage multiple critical projects, perform and participate in a team oriented environment, communicate effectively with a diverse group of network users, contributes to overall effectiveness as a team member and have excellent customer service skills and demeanor.Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Must have experience with Cisco Router, and PIX skills to include general security standards. Must have a strong knowledge of Cisco networking and should be familiar with Information Assurance procedures and guidelines as well as government system accreditation guidelines. Must have 3 years experience in firewall configuration, Cisco router configuration, and Cisco IOS use. Must have 5 years experience networking, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Must possess advanced technical troubleshooting experience.Preferred Certificates: CCSP, DoD IA Level III certified.
Required Education & Certificates: A Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
