IS Customer Support Analyst

Department: Information Services Job Description: Provide support desk and console coverage and follow-up to partners with hardware, software, application or process issues, to ensure productivity of all Schreiber partners.
Responsible for participation in or leading of IS related projects, as well as participation in cross-functional projects as assigned.
Develop leadership skills to provide for future growth opportunities. Work to ensure a high performing team and continue to improve skill levels. Recognize partners for exceeding expectations and assist in growing other partners into leadership positions.
Seek opportunities for identification of potential areas where processes require development or change. Pursue and implement process improvements based on metrics and use of process excellence tools. Strive for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation as it relates to IS supported hardware and software. Ensure Knowledge Base is updated with current information.
Work to make improvements to the Disaster Recovery plan as it pertains to Help Desk and Console operations.Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IS related field. 3 plus years of experience required.Skill Requirement:
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone or in person. English is required: other languages welcome. Ability to write clearly and concisely. Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritize tasks and projects based on business needs. Skilled in the area of interpersonal development to contend with potentially difficult situations and conflicting priorities. Solid knowledge of computer equipment and software. Ability to train co-workers. Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
