INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Purpose:Selling to the meat processing industry by initiating out bound calls to prospects and existing accounts.
Duties:* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.* Inputs orders with correct pricing and products.* Focuses sales efforts as required by sales manager.* Responsible for analyzing territory, and monitoring performance results with daily call reports and weekly work plans.* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and delivery schedules, etc.* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
* Updates and maintains current account information and notes in computer.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as required.* Approximately 10% travel.
REQUIREMENTS
