INSIDE SALES - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lee Patterson Co., Inc. is a small company seeking a highly organized, motivated, detail oriented person who is looking to establish a long-term relationship with us.Lee Patterson Co., Inc. is a specialized industrial distributor representing over 50 manufacturers. We have been in business since 1947. We sell and service industrial paint spray equipment, air compressors, paint spray booths and associated products. We will train the successful candidate in all aspects of our product lines.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The primary function of this position is to ensure prompt and courteous service for all customers and potential customers of the store (including walk-in and telephone calls). This includes order entry, order processing, order shipping and inventory functions.

REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate must have a solid work history, a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1-2 years inside sales or technical experience in our industry or a related industry. You will be in direct contact with our customers and therefore neatness in personal appearance, a pleasant personality, excellent telephone skills, customer problem solving and the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service is a must.
1)Must be capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 50lbs.
2)Must be able to move heavier equipment with moving aids.
3)Must be able to repeatedly bend or stoop to ground.
4)Must possess a clean driver’s license.
5)Must be 18 years old and pass a pre-employment drug test. A background check done on previous employment, motor vehicle and criminal records.
6)Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and telephone skills.7)Computer literate – Must know Microsoft Word and Excel.
8)A bilingual (Spanish) candidate is preferred.
