INBOUND CSR's NEEDED - GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT AND BENEFITS!!

This client is a nationally accredited University with a call center located in the Phoenix Metro area. Call Center Specialists are responsible for providing excellent customer service and showing extreme professionalism to potential or current students.

Main Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls from current and potential students and faculty members.
-Responsible for gathering contact and marketing information
-Will be transferring calls to various departments and individuals
-Will also be responsible for updating demographic information in a student database, based on inquiries from marketing leads.
-Will be required to multi-task by taking calls as well as updating database information simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
-6 months of recent Call Center experience.
-Knowledge of Outlook and other Windows applications is helpful
-Stable job tenure
-Proven dependability and attendance in past positions
-Must have the ability to multi-task and meet departmental goals of calls answered and data entry performed.
-Professional and outgoing attitude is needed.
-Must possess a general knowledge of higher education market and industry.
