Purpose:
Job / Title: Inside Sales Number of openings: 25
Description: Inside Sales Representatives Candidates will be taking inbound calls from existing customers. The calls will consist of up selling time companies three main products Cable, Internet and phone Services. Candidates will also assist customers with navigation through the company?S web sites. Schedule technicians for instillation's, and take some billing calls. During the 3 month contract to hire the reps will not be eligible for bonus or incentives. Once they go perm they will be offered Bonus, incentives, and free cable and phone products from this company. Once Permanent, Sales Representatives will receive on average of $700.00 per month, but have the opportunity to make over $1000.00 per month bonus. Also you will receive free cable along with free phone service. The reps will be
scored on 5 different areas on the monthly scorecard which consists of, Availability, accuracy on work orders, Schedule Adherence, revenue per call, handle time. Training will be for 4 weeks from 12:00.pm.-9:00.pm. Candidates must go through the entire 4 weeks of training before they start on the phones. Once out of training candidates must be available to work flexible shifts due to the call center being open 24/7. They will work 5 days per week with 2 days off. Business Casual Environment, Computer literate and great phone skills. Looking for outgoing, aggressive, sales minded associates. Candidates may have retail, mortgage, car sales, or call center background.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
