Human Resources Director wanted for non-profit in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. This position will require a true self-starter with excellent orgnization, judgement and initiative. Candidate must also be able to work in an often hectic and fast-paced environment with little to no supervision. Candidate will be responsible for soup-to-nuts HR functions to include benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment of both union and non-union employees etc...
