Job Description:
The Hospitality Services Staff is an integral part of our Hospitality Services Team, a pivotal force in providing general hospitality assistance to employees of the firm and guests with their hospitality needs. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the set-up and removal of equipment and food services from hoteling and event/meeting services areas. Responsibilities Manages various hospitality functions at Ernst &Young sites ensuring that consistent, quality, and cost-effective services are provided. Arranges and coordinates facilities and hospitality services for hoteling staff. Set-up hoteling workspaces and meeting spaces (Audio Visual equipment for meetings, food and beverages, etc.) as well as preparing hoteling and meeting workspaces. Coordinates Video Teleconferences (VTC) by reserving the equipment and space needed and ensuring VTC peripheral equipment is compatible with all sites and operational prior to meeting start time, etc. Assists with other facilities and hospitality functions as necessary.Ernst & Young LLP, an equal opportunity employer, values the diversity of our work force and the knowledge of our people.

Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a high school diploma or equivalent work experience approximately 1-3 years of related work experience
