Home Medical Equipemnt Customer Service Supervisor

The Home Medical Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for all customer service functions and the personnel performing those functions within the company.Specific Task List:* Responsible for Customer Service Representative knowledge.* Work with the operations manager and clinical specialists to meet all customer requirements.* Answer incoming telephone calls and take customer orders* Communicate and resolve problems with clients, referral sources and insurance companies.
* Provide service to walk-in clients.* Assist in preparing driver routes, log route changes and communicate route changes to drivers as they occur* Key MDS, MS AND HMO orders in to the computer.* Send weekly HMO billings to medical management.* All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the EnglishDetail oriented with previous home medical equipment or customer service experience.Data entry and typing/10 key skillsExcellent telephone and customer service skills.
