Helpdesk/PC Technician

Purpose: TEKsystems is proactively looking for a level one Helpdesk/PC technician. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals with strong Customer Service experience and good computer skills. The person will be answering calls on the helpdesk and entering trouble-tickets from an email help site. The person will be responsible for solving simple problems such as MS Office questions, resetting passwords and resetting accounts in Active Directory, as well as helping out imaging new PC's, but primarily entering trouble-tickets.
