This requires maintaining the client’s Access database of laptop inventory and other administrative functions such as providing reports to business segment managers etc. Oversee purchase and asset disposal. Manage communication with Corporate Facility Manager, Corp HR, Corp Accounts Payable, property management, janitorial and maintenance staff, vendors and delivery personnel. Manage personal Travel & Entertainment and Department Procurement Card accounts. Create and manage files, receiving, process accounts payable; order supplies. Takes day to day direction from the Client's site Manager.Travel Requirements: None
