A leading internet company based in Mountain View is looking for a customer support person to bridge the gap between our internal users and our various wireless carriers. You will be helping us maintain our account of wireless devices of cell phones,blackberry's, WAN cards, etc. You will be providing support over the phone and via email.

Requirements:

-Excellent customer service and communication skills

Working knowledge of Blackberrys and other wireless devices

Previous Cingular account experience is a plus
