Helpdesk

Purpose: A major client of Teksystems in the Northern Suburbs area is looking for a Helpdesk Technician. The consultant will be responsible for providing phone support for internal end users. This would include providing technical support for Windows 2000, Lotus Notes, and other software issues. The consultant will also be charged with handling some basic Active Directory administration.

All candidates should have prior professional experience providing remote technical support. The ideal candidate will also have an extensive work history with Windows 0S, Lotus Notes R5, and remote access connectivity issues.

This is a long term W-2 contract position. At this time, our client is looking for local candidates, only.
