Help desk ( Level 1)

A Major Modis client requires the assistance of a help desk analyst to support over the phone the technical requirements of the Corporations clients Physicians, Hospitals and Patient Service Centers.

The consultant(s) will have extensive current experience in Tier 1 / Help desk support provided via telephone in the Win-Tel environment. Analyst will provide computer and network support to physicians, hospitals and Patient Service Centers using their knowledge of and experience with PCs, Networking, Printers and Windows 2000.

This activity will be performed according to a posted work schedule. Analysts will be expected to meet performance goals for:
Calls handled per shift
Problems resolved
Hours staffed per week and available to handle customer calls
Quantity and quality of calls logged in call tracking system
Adherence to HIPAA Compliance regulations
