Help Desk Technician
Seeking two candidates with strong computer skills to install, configure, and maintain desktop computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides end user support, including but not limited to, password resets, account creation and hardware and software issues. Candidates must have operating system knowledge of DOS and Windows, Netware and NT clients in a customer service related help desk setting.
