In this dynamic and diverse position, you will be responsible for: Troubleshooting Outlook Express issues. Troubleshooting Internet Explorer issues. Walking? students to class using Outlook Express and Outlook Web Access - students are walked through the process to get into their online class, post homework, etc. Setting up Outlook Express settings for students. Familiarizing students with the Company?s policies and procedures - participation, attendance, posting to classes, etc. Understanding different roles within the Company in order to steer students in the right direction. Troubleshooting different resources available to students (accessible sites on student web pages to assist students with their classes). Customer service, Customer service, Customer service! To be immediately and seriously considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following: An interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology and/or a basic understanding of technical terminology. Customer service experience. Patient attitude with a desire to help others. Ability to handle shifting priorities with ease. Work Schedule: In this 24/7 operation, you will be in paid training for three weeks from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Thereafter, you must be flexible to work 2nd shift,five consecutive days in a row including weekends. The times they you could be scheduled for are listed below. 2:00pm to 11:00pm 3:00pm to 12:00midnight 4:00pm to 1:00am Compensation: To attract the best and promote physical and mental well-being, this position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package which includes a starting pay rate of $29,800.
