Classification: Full Time Compensation: $30,000 to $40,000 per year Customer Support: Provide Level 2 technical and product support for software developers, customers and distributors. (Level 1 being Tech support and level 3 being product engineer or software engineer).
Responsible for outbound and incoming calls with prospective customers and software developers explaining our product offerings and benefits.
Document customer and software developer communication regarding products, market and application requirements in company databaseReview trade publications, resource material, trade shows, Internet, company resources to identify prospective customers and software development opportunities.
Provide technical and product assistance to support software developers, sales managers, customers and distributors.Communicate with Product Manager to resolve technical and product issues.
Test and document new products, product features, utilities, and drivers.Work with the Product Manager to deliver technical expertise and training to other departments
