We're currently seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist for our inbound call center who will be accountable for providing consistent support of company products and services to E-Learning customers in an articulate, friendly, helpful and timely manner which will create and maintain a positive impression of the Company.
As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you'll:Research student-related issues via email and phoneProvide support for school-related issuesContinuous evaluation and improvement of internal processesWork with customers to evaluate and improve processesExecutive reporting/trackingStudent-related escalationsSchool-related escalationsDirect technical calls appropriatelyHandle and direct internally referred technical calls appropriately
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years relevant experienceAssociates degree in Computer Science or related fields, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience of Windows 2000/XP, MS OfficeExcellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as high attention to detailStrong enthusiasm for customer service, along with a clear desire to develop and grow in knowledge and experienceWe offer a great, highly-entrepreneurial environment, a fast-growing company, and an outstanding compensation and benefits package.
