Help Desk Support Services Specialist, Junior

Key Role:Provide telephone technical support to employees regarding the technical aspects of assigned products. Answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products. Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures. Escalate complex problems to senior level technical support specialist to supervisor.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:


-Experience with operating systems imaging, basic hardware, and component installation


-Experience with diagnosing user and help desk issues


-Experience with working on unclassified and classified computer systems


-BA or BS degree required





Clearance:


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
