Help Desk Support

Responsibilities: Our health care client in Seattle is looking for an additional member for their Tier 1 Help Desk Support Team. This position would work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. Responsibilities would include: handling 40-50 calls per day with a 70% resolution rate supporting approximately 7000 users. Support would include Windows XP, Windows Active Directory, Lotus Notes version 6, Word 2003, Excel 2003, PowerPoint 2003, Access 2003, ARS Remedy, knowledge base software, remote control tools, remote access solutions (RDP & VPN), mainframes, terminal emulators (PC to mainframe connection), PDAs, Project 2002, and PeopleSoft.
