Help Desk Representative

Candidate must be customer service oriented with excellent technical aptitude. They must have a good understanding of personal computers, software and hardware. An A+ Certification is desirable but not necessary. Candidate would need to have an understanding of basic networking principles and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position requires heavy phone usage and therefore must be comfortable in a call-center setting.
