Help Desk/Customer Product Support Specialist

CORESTAFF Services is partnering with a leading textbook publisher to staff a technical and product support HELP DESK position in Lebanon, Indiana. The individuals chosen for this position will interface daily with customers and sales representatives via inbound phone calls and e-mails. The purpose of contact will be to resolve issues regarding web sites and internet or CD/ROM based products that are part of the textbook industry.

All applicants responding to this INDEFINITE TEMPORARY assignment must have hands-on experience with
•Website registration
•CD installations
•Internet plug in and browser options
•Plug-in installations
•Website navigation

Some technical knowledge is required, particularly with reference to Microsoft Office Suite applications, internet browsers like IE and Netscape, internet providers like AOL and MSN, and computer operating systems for both the MAC and the PC.

All interested candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FROM 3PM -11:30PM. THIS IN THE ONLY SHIFT AVILABLE. We are looking for courteous and dependable folks that have a customer service background and the ability to listen and respond to problems.
