Help Desk Coordinator (Night Shift)

Provide client interface for technical support via phone. The technician should handle service requests as quickly and efficiently as possible and fully document all steps required for resolution. The technician should be skilled personnel who will provide professional and technical skills and capabilities necessary to provide LOC clients with information and assistance on hardware, software, networks, applications and LOC products services. A+ certification and MCP a plus. This position is with a 24x7 operation, normal working hour is from 8:30pm-6:30am, T-F 10hrs/day.Specific Skills Required: Basic PC problem solving skill, good customer interface skills, familiar with Remedy Help Desk tracking system, ability to monitor and escalate issues from alerts generated and or reported. Ability to interact positively and effectively with the staff, fellowship and general public.Desired Skills: General knowledge of Intel and IBM based PCs, MS Office, Windows 2000, XP Operating SystemsRequires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience. A+ Certification is a plus
