Help Desk Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our PC Network group as a Help Desk Coordinator. This individual will be the liaison between the internal customers, vendors and IT. He/she is responsible for the procurement of hardware and software technologies. Responsibilities would also include consulting with users on PC software, hardware and wireless purchases as well as organizing end-user training sessions, vendor negotiations and provide first level support for user technical inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills a must. Computer experience relating to software; i.e. MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; familiarity with hardware technology. An Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
