Help Desk Analyst - (Berwyn) - (HE32648-760-PA)

Exemption: Non-ExemptSummary: Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving medical clinical systems and desktop issues; documenting all issues in ticketing database; and researching, resolving, and responding to customer contacts received via telephone, e-mail and voicemail in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of prior Help Desk and/or clinical experience
2. Ability to provide excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person
3. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box.
4. Familiar with PC hardware and software
5. Knowledge of the following is a plus: Novell, GroupWise, MS Office Suite, and Windows 98/2000, as well as any medical clinical experience
6. Preferably three to five years experience in the technical support and related fields
7. Ability to provide positive customer service and advanced communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills
8. Technical proficiency in relevant operating systems and applications

Job Functions:
1. Research, resolve, and respond to complex questions via telephone calls, e-mails, request forms, escalations
2. Provide support on electronic services, in accordance with current standards
3. Enter, track and resolve problems/questions in Service Center
4. Provide expert and creative solutions to user problems to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity
